For the damage caused by non-man-made and force majeure, and the cause of the failure cannot be quickly determined and repaired on site, Kangneng provides quick replacement service according to customer's application.
12 months or 1000 hours of operation from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.

The warranty period of the whole machine or component paid for by the user is 12 months or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.

The warranty period for replacement of new parts or replacement of the whole machine due to product failure shall be the same as that of the original product.
